A Ponte Vedra Chamber of Commerce Event

November 7 to 9, Ponte Vedra Beach will be transformed into Wine Country by the 7th Ponte Vedra Beach Food & WineFest. This wine lover's extravaganza finds its home for most events at the Sawgrass Golf Resort & Spa, a Marriott Resort and a Four Star property.

This three day celebration of food and wine offers unparalleled opportunities to taste hundreds of wines from around the world and savor dishes prepared by some of the area's finest chefs and restaurants.

Friday, 6:30pm ~ Bella Sera, a five course tasting prepared by the Marriott's award winning Chef Brett A. Smith paired with the extraordinary wines of Banfi Vintners with commentary by their Wine Education Director, William J. Whiting. The highlight of the evening will be a silent auction featuring the jewelry of Italian designer J. J. Marco provided by Underwood's Jewelers and a live auction featuring Vietri® Handcrafted Italian Ceramic from the Pineapple Post, Roma Home Décor from Villa Vita, a Vespa scooter and a trip to Italy.

Saturday, 3:00 - 6:00pm ~ Grand Tasting, the event's centerpiece at the Marriott, offering an opportunity for patrons to sample over 145 wines from around the globe and the signature dishes of 15 area specialty and gourmet restaurants. The highlight of this event is a silent auction with over 25 lots of overnight stays, limo rides, restaurant gift certificates and more all paired with some extraordinary wine.

Sunday, 11:30am ~ Champagne Brunch, held in the Marriott's lovely Augustine Grille, featuring the wine of one of the most celebrated of the French champagne houses, Moët & Chandon, with their Champagne Ambassador Dana Schou in attendance, accompanied by four course brunch prepared by the restaurant's Chef de Cuisine, Brett A. Smith.
